Terms of Service

By generating an API key or otherwise using the Nemu service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

Nemu provides an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API gateway, a multi-model chat, a reader, and a control plane. Model calls route to providers you connect with your own keys; Nemu's own services (search, reading, research, and indexing) run on a credit balance.

Model outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate; they are intended to inform your own decisions and must not be the sole basis for any consequential action.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and workspaces. Provider keys you add (BYOK) authenticate only the requests you make and are billed by that provider, never by Nemu credits.

• -Keep API keys confidential; treat them like passwords.
• -Rotate or revoke keys at any time from the Platform.
• -Members act under the workspace owner's account and credits.

You agree not to disrupt the infrastructure, circumvent rate limits or quotas, scrape protected content unlawfully, reverse-engineer the routing logic, resell credits, or use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. Respect robots directives and applicable law when using the Reader.

Paid plans include a monthly EUR credit balance for Nemu's platform services. Credits are pooled per account, shared across owned workspaces, and do not roll over. When credits run out, metered operations pause until the next cycle, and there are no overage bills.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. All prices exclude applicable taxes. Pricing may change on prospective renewal with notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to maintain uptime and will publish status and incident information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you keep access and any remaining credits until then. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

Credits are a prepaid allowance for services Nemu performs, not a stored balance of money. They do not roll over between cycles, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits issued through a campaign or the referral program expire 12 months after they are granted.

If the service materially failed for you within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, write to billing@nemu.cc and we will refund that cycle. Beyond that window we refund at our discretion, and always where the law requires it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Nemu in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law.
