You need a paid account to be paid
Referrer credits only release to accounts on Starter, Pro or Max. Free accounts can still refer, and the credits are held until you upgrade.
Your friend must be new, and must upgrade
Referrals have to be first time accounts that reach a paid plan within 30 days of signing up through your link. Reactivated or duplicate accounts do not qualify, and each friend counts once.
A 30 day attribution window
We credit the last referral link clicked before sign up. The clock starts at account creation and stops when the first paid cycle clears.
No self referrals, no incentivised spam
Referring yourself, creating accounts, or paying people to sign up voids the reward and can end the program for your account. We review unusual patterns.
Credits, caps and expiry
Rewards are credits only, capped at €300 per account per month. They expire 12 months after they are issued and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

After your referral's first paid billing cycle clears, usually within a few days of their upgrade. It lands in your credit balance in the console with a note saying where it came from.
No. Affiliate rewards are credits. They pay for search, reading, research, the computer and indexing, and they never apply to model calls, because those run on your own keys and are billed by your provider.
Refer as many as you like. Earned credits are capped at €300 per account per month. If you are hitting that regularly, talk to us about a partner arrangement instead.
Almost always one of three things: they stayed on Free, they upgraded after the 30 day window, or your link was not the last one they clicked before signing up.
